Pierre Bismuth. Where is Rocky II?

Atmosfere che richiamano a tratti Hitchcock (bellissima la scena in cui lo stesso Bismuth ad una conferenza stampa di Ed Ruscha tuona con la sua domanda "Where is Rocky II?" creando una certa suspense ed anche un certo imbarazzo all'artista), a tratti i fratelli Coen (il vero investigatore Michael Scott sembra uscire da un episodio di Fargo) per un film che ci tiene con il fiato sospeso fino all'ultimo.

Pierre Bismuth, che nasce come artista visuale prima di approdare al cinema e che conosce bene le regole della percezione, ci obbliga ad interrogarci sulla realtà, ad indagarla, a scoprirne gli elementi nascosti, il tutto con una buona dose di umorismo.

Non vi riveleremo se la roccia verrà trovata o meno, anche in questo caso l'mportante è il viaggio e non la meta.

Ci auguriamo che il film trovi un distributore per le sale italiane, sarebbe un peccato ritrovarci tra qualche anno a chiederci "Where is "Where is rokyII?"?"
